**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Car Evaluation & Technician professional who will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections, diagnosing issues, and evaluating used vehicles for resale, trade-in, or servicing purposes. This role is critical in maintaining the quality standards and transparency expected by our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform detailed inspection and evaluation of used and trade-in vehicles.
- Identify mechanical, electrical, and body-related faults and assess repair needs.
- Prepare accurate evaluation reports including condition, service history, accident history (if any), and estimated resale value.
- Use OBD scanners and diagnostic tools to evaluate engine, transmission, and other key systems.
- Estimate repair and refurbishment costs and coordinate with the service team for rectification.
- Maintain a checklist and documentation of all inspected vehicles.
- Coordinate with the sales/pre-owned team to finalize pricing based on evaluation.
- Ensure vehicles meet RTO, pollution, insurance, and safety norms before approval for sale or delivery.
- Stay updated with market trends, pricing of used vehicles, and technical advancements.
- Conduct final inspection post-repair to ensure quality standards.

**Key Requirements**:

- ITI/Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
- 2-5 years of experience in automobile service, car diagnostics, or used car evaluation.
- Strong knowledge of multi-brand cars, engines, transmissions, suspension, and electricals.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools, inspection checklists, and vehicle valuation methods.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Attention to detail and a customer-first approach.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in platforms like Cars24, OLX Autos, Spinny, or authorized service centers.
- Valid driving license.
- Basic computer proficiency for report generation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
