**Position**:PGT Economics Teacher

**Location**: Guidance Foundation, Jangipur, Murshidabad

**Type**: Full-time, Residential

**Responsibilities**:
1. Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Economics for senior secondary students (Classes XI-XII) following the prescribed curriculum.

2. Prepare students for board examinations (CBSE) by ensuring syllabus completion, conducting mock tests, and providing individual attention.

3. Incorporate innovative teaching methodologies to enhance conceptual understanding and analytical skills.

4. Mentor students in academic and co-curricular activities to ensure holistic development.

5. Participate in school activities such as parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and other school events.

6. Ensure discipline and create a positive learning environment within the classroom and campus.

8. Collaborate with other teachers and school management to enhance the academic standards of the institution.

**Requirements**:
**1. Educational Qualification**: Master's Degree in Economics and a B.Ed. degree (preferred).

**2. Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level in a reputed school.

**3. Skills**:

- Proficiency in English communication (written and verbal).
- Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
