Fitness Trainer

Rhock Health is searching for a top-notch Fitness Trainer to join our team In this role, you'll design personalized workout programs, guide clients on proper technique, and keep them energized and accountable on their fitness journeys.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct fitness assessments to understand clients' goals, limitations, and health conditions.
- Create customized workout plans incorporating strength training, cardio, and other modalities.
- Demonstrate exercises with proper form and provide ongoing guidance to ensure client safety and effectiveness.
- Track client progress, adjust programs as needed, and celebrate their achievements.
- Maintain a positive and motivating environment to empower clients and foster long-term success.

**Qualifications**:

- Certified Personal Trainer or equivalent fitness qualification.
- Strong knowledge of exercise science and principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Passion for fitness and a dedication to helping others achieve their goals.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
