**Job Title: Master Teacher - Robotics, and Coding (Grades 1-10)**

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Curriculum & Content Development**: Design and develop engaging curriculum, lesson plans, and interactive PowerPoint presentations to facilitate effective learning.
- **Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs)**: Regularly communicate with parents to discuss student progress, provide valuable feedback, and offer strategies for academic support.
- **Create a Positive Learning Environment**: Foster a motivating and supportive virtual classroom that encourages student participation and academic growth.
- **Mentorship & Collaboration**: Mentor and collaborate with other educators to enhance teaching strategies, share best practices, and promote continuous improvement.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- **Experience**: Prior experience in online teaching or coaching is preferred.
- **Virtual Classroom Skills**: Proven ability to create engaging and interactive virtual classroom environments.
- **Communication**: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage students in an online setting.
- **Time Management**: Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

**Work Details**
- **Location**: Visakhapatnam (In-office Role)
- **Working Hours**: 9 hours per day, 6 days a week

**Compensation**
- Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
- **Salary Range**: INR 4-10 LPA
