**Job description**:

- Responsible for following the cGMP & GLP, Safety norms and adhere to company’s policy.
- Perform method development and validation for Extractable and Leachable methods.
- Responsible for preparation of samples for leachables analysis and preparation of extracts using reflux, soxhlet and other techniques as necessitated for extractable studies.
- Responsible for analysis of extractable and leachable samples by LCMS and GCMS.
- Proficient in interpreting analytical data from LCMS and GCMS.
- Demonstrate adherence to and understanding of current regulations related to Extractables & Leachables like USP monographs
- 1663, 1664 and ISO guidelines
- 10993-12, 10993-18.
- Responsible for the Analysis of Materials like raw materials (API and Excipients), finished products, in
- process analysis by HPLC, LCMS and GC analytical techniques.
- Responsible for the Calibration and maintenance of the Lab instruments and Equipment’s.
- Should ensure use of valid reagents, chemicals, standards, appropriate clean and dry glassware etc. for analysis.
- Should follow correct analytical techniques during preparation of solutions like weighing, pipetting, dilutions, sonication, filtration etc.
- Should follow the specific instruction/ precautions provided based on material/ product characteristics in the respective specification.
- Should set parameters of instrument as given in specification and should ensure compliance of system suitability parameters before commencing for sample analysis.
- Should follow GDP for documentation.
- Prompt reporting of abnormal observations of OOS, OOT, Laboratory errors, instrument malfunctioning etc. or obvious error occurred during preparation to Group Leader.
- Should be responsible for initiating and completing the activities related to change controls and deviations as per the SOP.
- Responsible for participating actively in Investigations related to OOS, Deviation, etc.,
