**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:
○ Develop original, high-quality content for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) including posts, videos, stories, and other media.

○ Maintain brand consistency and voice across all content.

○ Capture and edit photos and videos as needed, ensuring a visually appealing and professional outcome.
- **Content Strategy & Planning**:
○ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars and plan social media campaigns.

○ Research trends, audience preferences, and industry developments to create relevant and engaging content.

○ Identify opportunities to drive engagement, increase followers, and improve overall content performance.
- **Community Engagement**:
○ Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.

○ Build and maintain a positive community around the brand.

○ Actively monitor social media channels for feedback, trends, and brand mentions.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:
○ Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns and content.

○ Use data to make informed decisions about future content and social media strategies.

○ Adjust content strategies based on performance metrics and insights.
- **Collaboration**:
○ Work closely with the marketing, PR, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms.

○ Collaborate with influencers, partners, or other brands as needed to promote content or campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous social media content (posts, videos, campaigns, etc.).
- Proficiency in content creation tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.), Canva, or similar platforms.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
- Creative thinking and an eye for design and storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and tools (Google Analytics etc.).

**Desirable Skills**:

- Experience with video production and editing.
- Photography and Videography skills.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
- Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
