**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop labels, packaging, and other branding materials as per company requirements.
- Create visually appealing layouts that align with the brand guidelines.
- Prepare print-ready files with accurate dielines and specifications.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to conceptualize and execute design ideas.
- Make necessary revisions and ensure final outputs are high-quality.
- Maintain organized files and follow project timelines efficiently.
- Stay updated with design trends and packaging innovations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Minimum **1 year of experience** in a design-related role (internship/freelance included).
- Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Basic understanding of **label design requirements**, printing processes, and packaging standards.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Good communication skills and ability to take feedback constructively.
- Portfolio showcasing relevant design work (especially labels/packaging).

Pay: ₹8,171.20 - ₹20,000.00 per month
