**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Knowledge of Support ticketing tool. Ex:

- CA service desk, Service Now, Remedy
- Have Good communication and presentation skills
- 5+ years of experience in QV server management
- 5+ years of experience in Qliksense server management
- Knowledge of.net is a must
- Good to have AWS and BDM skills
- Have completed at least one QV Upgrade
- Have completed at least one Qliksense Upgrade
- Should have knowledge of Nprinting
- License Management and coordinating with Qlik
- Trouble shooting Day to Day QV Server/Publisher Issues
- Best Practices in QV Server Management
- Well versed with QMC and access point issues
- Good understanding of Application Support principles such as incident management, problem management, change management
- Good to Have: Basic Knowledge of Windows administration
- Well versed with all the QV development life cycle and handled the project from start to end
- Good understanding of Application Support principles such as incident management, problem management, change management
- Skilled in handling user queries and requests
- Ability to multitask and liaise with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to identify process improvement opportunities
- Adaptability to change
- Ability to understand the big picture to work with the Architects and also granular hands-on experience to work with the team
- Knowledge of processes & development best practices
