**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design clean, intuitive, and visually engaging UI for web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to iterate on designs.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to clearly communicate design concepts.
- Ensure design consistency and uphold usability standards across platforms.
- Continuously refine and evolve the UI/UX based on testing insights and user feedback.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in design tools such as **Figma**, **Sketch**, **Adobe XD**, or similar.
- Strong grasp of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience creating responsive and adaptive designs across devices.
- Familiarity with user research and analytics tools to drive design improvements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience in **motion or interaction design**.
- Basic knowledge of **HTML/CSS** for improved developer collaboration.
- Familiarity with **Agile/Scrum** development workflows.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
