As such, the Associate - Procurement will be working with the latest technology and innovative solutions while empowering businesses with affordability and support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain procurement operations and procedures, ensuring that the process is followed correctly by the procurement team.
- Oversee the procurement process and manage purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate favorable payment and shipping terms.
- Analyze and evaluate supplier proposals, tracking and reporting procurement progress, processing purchase orders and invoices, and maintaining procurement records.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as finance, IT, and operations to understand business needs, provide insights, and create procurement plans.
- Manage material shortages, including inventory management, order quantity adjustments, and expedited shipping requests.
- Perform periodic audits of procurement processes, identify areas of improvement, and implement corrective actions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 1-3 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on IT procurement preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify patterns.
- Knowledge of procurement operations, processes, and standards.
- Excellent communication skills are a must.
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple procurement projects simultaneously.
- Display strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
