2) Integration of mentioned suspension aggregates with vehicle, and other aggregates, to meet the performance, durability an d packaging targets. 2D/3D CAD review and release management in compatible life cycle management system
3) Experience in making RFQ' s, SOR, RASIC, specification sheets, DVP and DFMEA.
4) Experience in DMU & Packaging in ProE Creo. Initial Concept layout Preparation on in Creo. Catia Knowledge will have additional Advantage
6) Knowledge of change management tools like DML ,ECN, DCR, knowledge of spare parts usage.
7) Good knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes. (Welding, Sheet metal forming, casting, forging, machining, injection & blow moulding, Rubber/Plastic, Thermo plastic etc.)
8) Proto indenting, proto build activity support.
9) Experience & Knowledge of Fitment Trial Report with plant. Worked on field/manufacturing issues and its resolution
10) Interact with CAE to understand the feedback and incorporation for Design Change
11) Ability to estimate system Weight correctly
12) Support Component and Vehicle Testing to resolve fitment and validation issues for part failure.
13) Ability to prepare Knowledge management ( KM) document as per on the job learning, supplier visit, supplier assessment, and new technology demonstration
14) Ability to support Owners and workshop Service manual creation.
15) Good knowledge of vehicle aggregates for Sub system integration required for domain area.
16) Ability to understand TG R/TGW, Support for creation of Design Rules and manual
17) Knowledge of All regulatory (Domestic and International) requirement and ability to Raise STN document, DRFM for certification
18) Support for creation of Design rule & Design calculations
19) Support development of New technologies as per approved roadmap. Support IPR activity
20) Participate in VAVE and activity contribute to meet the targets
