Monitor production activities to ensure output meets quality and quantity targets.
- Allocate raw materials, labor, and machines effectively for smooth operations.
- Ensure timely procurement and stock control of materials and tools.
- Prepare daily/weekly production reports and maintain process documentation.
- Schedule and track preventive maintenance of machines.
- Track operational costs and take measures to control wastage and reduce expenses.
- Maintain attendance records and enforce discipline on the factory floor.
- Recruiting & onboarding new laborers and ensuring they receive basic skill training.
- Monitor output per worker and suggest improvements for underperformers.
- Distribute tools/materials to workers and ensure responsible usage.

Pay: ₹10,200.00 - ₹19,500.00 per month
