Hub Incharge

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Hub Incharge/ Manager to oversee the operations of Provilac Milk Distribution and ensure efficient delivery of milk and milk products.

**The Hub Incharge/ Manager is responsible for managing the hub staff (Delivery boys), and delivery of the Milk and Product.**

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- **Manage and coordinate daily hub operations, including staff, and customer service**

**- Ensure timely delivery of milk and milk products**

**- Monitor and maintain hub milk and Milk product inventory and order supplies as needed**
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations

**- Train and supervise hub staff**
- Manage customer inquiries and complaints
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Analyze operational data to identify areas of improvement
- Monitor and track hub

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 9 per week

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
- Milk Distribution: 2 years (preferred)
