Key Responsibilities:

- Compile and analyze data from various departments to create detailed reports.
- Maintain and update the MIS database on a regular basis.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Collaborate with departments to understand reporting requirements and ensure data accuracy.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data to assist in decision-making.
- Automate repetitive tasks and reporting processes to improve efficiency.
- Prepare ad hoc reports as needed by management.
- Ensure data security and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Business, IT, or related fields).
- 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in data management or MIS.
- Proficient in MS Excel (Advanced Excel skills such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data analysis tools are essential).
- Data Analytics skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
