**Job Title**: Purchase Executive
**Department**: Purchase / Procurement
**Reports To**: Purchase Manager / Head of Procurement
**Job Summary**:
The Purchase Executive is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials, goods, and services required by the organization in a cost-effective and timely manner while maintaining quality standards and vendor relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
- Raise purchase orders and ensure timely follow-up with vendors for order confirmation and delivery.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and payment conditions with vendors to ensure best procurement value.
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.
- Coordinate with the accounts department for vendor payments and documentation.
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliable supply chain support.
- Work closely with stores, production, and maintenance departments to ensure materials availability.
- Monitor inventory levels and plan procurement schedules accordingly.
- Assist in vendor evaluation and performance monitoring.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and quality standards.
