**Responsibilities**:
Design and Conceptualization:
Create visually stunning graphics for social media posts, reels, and videos.

Come up with creative ideas that match EarthBased's eco-friendly brand.

Software Proficiency:
Use Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premier Pro.

Utilize Canva to create dynamic and accessible designs for various social media platforms.

Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign goals.

Team up with others to keep a consistent look across all our channels.

Video Editing:
Edit engaging videos using Premier Pro and After Effects.

Add cool effects to make our stories stand out.

Social Media Trends:
Stay updated on the latest design and social media trends.

Create fresh and sustainable designs that grab people's attention.

Quality Control:
Make sure all visuals follow EarthBased's eco-friendly standards.

Check every design carefully before it goes live.

Qualifications:
Experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or in a similar role.

Show us your best work in a portfolio.

Know your design basics like colors and fonts.

Good at communicating and working with others.

Can handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Care about sustainability and share our passion for EarthBased's mission.

**Education**:
Bachelor's degree.
