- Production Planning
- Coordinate and plan production activities to ensure timely delivery and alignment with monthly demand.
- Order Management
- Execute production orders as per the firm sequence and maintain pearl chain quality.
- CS and CKD Execution
- Ensure timely execution of CS and CKD orders in accordance with delivery timelines.
- Finished Goods Management
- Maintain sufficient levels of Finished Goods (FG) and Work-In-Progress (WIP).
- Identify and act promptly on any inventory gaps.
- Constraints Management
- Identify production constraints and adjust order execution to optimize output and resource utilization.
- Capacity Planning
- Align production capacity with forecasted demand to ensure smooth workflow and minimize bottlenecks.
- KPI Management
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive improvements using the DWM (Daily Work Management) methodology.

Collaboration and Analysis
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Production, Supply Management, Quality, Procurement, and Logistics to ensure seamless operations.
- Performance Monitoring
- Track production performance, identify bottlenecks, and initiate improvement actions where necessary.
