**Job Summary**:
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for patients and visitors at the fertility hospital. The role involves managing the front desk, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment, and facilitating smooth communication between patients and the hospital staff. The Receptionist also handles appointments, patient inquiries, and administrative tasks to ensure high-quality patient service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Front Desk Management**:

- Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally.
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and route calls to appropriate departments.
- **Appointment Scheduling**:

- Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, including consultations, procedures, and follow-ups.
- Update and maintain appointment calendars and patient records in the hospital's software system.
- **Patient Assistance**:

- Provide information about hospital services, treatments, and procedures.
- Assist new patients with registration forms and documentation requirements.
- Address patient concerns or complaints promptly, escalating issues when necessary.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain accurate patient records, including personal and financial information.
- Handle billing inquiries and coordinate with the accounts department for payment processing.
- Monitor and manage front office supplies, ensuring the reception area is clean and organized.
- **Coordination with Departments**:

- Liaise with medical, nursing, and lab teams to ensure seamless patient flow.
- Communicate changes in schedules or urgent patient needs to relevant staff.
- **Compliance & Confidentiality**:

- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, including patient confidentiality (HIPAA or equivalent).
- Maintain professionalism and discretion when dealing with sensitive patient information.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- **Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or fertility clinic setting.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using hospital management software, MS Office, and basic billing systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Patient-centered attitude and empathy.
- **Language**:

- Fluency in [English/local language] is mandatory; additional language skills are a plus.

**Working Hours**:

- Flexible shifts, including weekends or holidays, as per the hospital's operational requirements.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Familiarity with fertility treatments and terminology.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,500.00 per month
