**Job Title**:Manager on Duty (MOD)

Location: Lingampally, Hyd

**Job Summary**:
The Manager on Duty (MOD) is responsible for overseeing hospital operations during assigned shifts, ensuring patient care, safety, and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
**1. Operational Management**:

- Supervise hospital staff and departments
- Monitor patient flow and throughput
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures

**2. Patient Care and Safety**:

- Respond to patient concerns and complaints
- Investigate and resolve patient safety issues
- Collaborate with clinical teams to address care concerns

**3. Communication and Collaboration**:

- Liaise with medical staff, nurses, and other departments
- Facilitate effective communication among teams
- Provide updates to hospital leadership

**4. Decision-Making and Problem-Solving**:

- Make timely decisions on operational issues
- Troubleshoot problems and implement solutions
- Escalate critical issues to senior leadership

**5. Quality and Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to quality and regulatory standards
- Monitor and report incidents, near misses, and sentinel events

**Requirements**:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field

2. Experience: 3-5 years in hospital management or leadership

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
