The Accounts Assistant will assist in day-to-day accounting operations, preparation of financial statements, and compliance work related to GST, Income Tax, and TDS. The role involves working under the supervision of senior accountants and tax professionals to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and documentation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain daily accounting records in **Tally ERP / Tally Prime** or other accounting software.
- Record and reconcile **sales, purchases, receipts, and payments**.
- Assist in preparing **GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)** and handling related reconciliations.
- Support in preparation and filing of **TDS returns and Income Tax returns**.
- Assist in **finalization of accounts** and preparation of trial balance, ledgers, and P&L statements.
- Prepare and maintain **vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents**.
- Handle **bank reconciliations** and petty cash entries.
- Communicate with clients regarding data, documents, and follow-ups.
- Maintain proper filing (digital and physical) of accounting and tax records.
- Support senior team members in **audit and compliance assignments**.
