**Job description**:

- To answer incoming calls from callers for various reasons
- answer inquiries, resolve complaints, and requests and provide information.
- Should have knowledge about the field
- Should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as a professional appearance.
- Respond to customer queries in a polite, friendly, and professional
- Take ownership of all cases until a satisfactory solution is reached
- Required to handle and infuse angry patients and to offer viable solutions.
- Listen to objections and handle them effectively
- Maintain customer complaint/ suggestion log.
- Respond to or redirect telephone calls to appropriate staff and departments.
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interaction

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.

Product: Travel-related services

Training period: 3 months for all products.

Salary including training period 20k onwards

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
