**Job Purpose**

Drive automation and system enhancement as well as adoption of SCM portals and processes

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- Drive utilization of Ariba CLM, SLPM, Commerce Automation
- Handle S4 Hana Enhancements and demands from SCM - MM Material management and EWM Extended warehouse management
- Ensure demand raising, demand discussion related to Ariba and S4 HANA with internal stakeholders as well as System integration partners
- Responsible for end to end testing, development, training and communication of S4 HANA enhancements to business users and vendors
- Handle GRC rights management at Pan India level for SCM users
- Ensure statutory and auditory compliance for all audits except Internal Audit
- Drive and deliver S4 HANA integration with Scrap portal, CPOS, E-way bill integration
- Develop and implement operational efficiency frameworks
- Be the SPOC for various audits like ICFR, RPT compliance, Statutory, VDI, Data Privacy & other audits

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience**
- Knowledge/Understanding of various systems/portals such as Ariba, S4 Hana etc.
- Understanding of commercial processes
- Process orientation
- Eye for detail
- Communication and stakeholder management skills
- Digital Savvy

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**
- Graduate in any discipline (technology preferred)
- Experience in SCM/Commercial function is preferred
