Job Title: Business Analyst (Salesforce Process Builder and Flow Migration).
**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
8+ years IT experience, analyze existing Salesforce process builders and workflows to understand current logic and business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements for migrating process builders and workflows to Salesforce Flows.
Define user stories and acceptance criteria for the migration project in Jira, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
Work closely with Salesforce developers and administrators to design and implement efficient and scalable Flows.
Conduct impact analysis and identify potential risks associated with the migration.
Develop and execute test plans to ensure the accuracy and functionality of migrated Flows.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on Salesforce.
Strong understanding of Salesforce process builders, workflows, and Flows.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
Experience with Agile methodologies and creating user stories.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in working in health care domain.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator) are a plus.
