Design and develop effective sales training programs and materials tailored to the company’s sales strategies, products, and target markets.
- Customize training content for different levels of salespeople (entry-level, experienced reps, or managers).
- Create training modules covering product knowledge, sales techniques, customer engagement, negotiation skills, objection handling, and closing strategies.
- Deliver training sessions both in-person and virtually, utilizing various teaching methods like role-playing, case studies, group discussions, and presentations.
- Ensure that training is interactive, engaging, and provides practical skills that can be applied immediately on the job.
- Offer one-on-one coaching sessions to help individual sales reps improve specific skills.
- Focus on developing key sales skills, including prospecting, qualifying leads, effective communication, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Train sales teams on how to use CRM systems, sales tools, and other technology to manage leads, track performance, and streamline sales processes.
- Help salespeople understand customer psychology, market trends, and how to position products effectively to meet customer needs.
- Educate sales teams on the company’s sales processes, including lead generation, pipeline management, sales stages, and closing protocols.
- Ensure that salespeople are knowledgeable about product features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Provide ongoing training on new product releases or changes to the sales process, ensuring teams are always up-to-date.
- Assess the performance of salespeople before and after training to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
- Provide constructive feedback and recommendations to help improve individual and team performance.
- Use sales metrics, KPIs, and feedback from managers to identify areas for improvement in training content and delivery.
- Offer continuous coaching and mentoring to individual salespeople to help them refine their techniques and overcome challenges.
- Support sales managers by helping them develop their team’s performance and sales capabilities.
- Create and maintain a library of training materials, including sales scripts, product guides, presentations, and training videos.
- Regularly update training resources to reflect changes in products, services, market conditions, or sales strategies.
- Work closely with HR, marketing, and sales leadership to ensure training is aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with product managers and marketing teams to understand the latest product features, promotions, and value propositions to incorporate into training.
- Help motivate the sales team by incorporating sales incentives, competitions, and rewards into training programs.
- Teach salespeople how to stay motivated, manage rejection, and maintain a positive attitude despite challenges.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in sales training, sales techniques, and industry best practices.
- Continuously assess the effectiveness of training programs and look for ways to improve and enhance learning experiences.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
