**2. Student Mentorship and Support**
- **Advise students** on academic and career goals.
- **Supervise research projects**, theses, or dissertations.
- Provide **academic support** to students needing extra help.

**3. Research and Development**
- **Conduct original research** in chemistry or related interdisciplinary fields.
