**Skills & Eligibility**:

- Strong motion design skills with the ability to generate a project from concept to completion or work in concert with others.
- Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop)
- Experience on video editing skills using Adobe Premiere and FCP
- Proven ability to articulate creative ideas.
- Able to work through flexible schedules.
- Experience in designing graphics for video/TV is an added advantage.
- Deep understanding of the principles of animation & knowledge on cinema is desired
- Any prior experience as a Production House//Ad-agency/ freelancer will be preferable.
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Design cutting edge motion graphics for wide array of video deliverables of which some may be integrated overlays with live action, and others may be full-scale animated videos or both combined.
- Work with instructional designers and other team members to understand the project scope and objectives
- Establish a clear understanding of the storyline and purpose of the video creation
- Brainstorm and conceptualize ideas with the ability to produce concept sketches
- Create initial storyboard draft of the video to present to team partners for feedback and approval before beginning to create the video
- Research and analyse some of the best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics
- Do basic video editing, which includes analysing the raw footage, trimming and putting together the required pieces, inserting voice-over, sound effects, music, and graphics (overlays)
- Manage time effectively, ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines

**Experience**:

- Motion graphics: 1-2 year (preferred)
- Total work: 2-3 year (preferred)
- Design: 2-3 year (preferred)

**Job Location**:Kolkata, West Bengal, India

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
