**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct field visits to collect overdue payments from customers.
- Negotiate and ensure timely loan repayments while maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Educate customers on repayment terms, consequences of defaults, and available options.
- Maintain and update collection records, ensuring accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve disputes and escalate cases when necessary.
- Adhere to company policies and compliance guidelines during collections.

**Key Requirements**:

- Experience: 1 - 2 years in unsecured loan collection.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration (BBA/BMA), or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Strong spoken English proficiency is a must.
- Other Skills: Negotiation, persuasion, and ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to travel for field collections.
