**Job Role: Bakery Commis - Food Processing Plant (Ambala)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation of bakery products such as bread, cakes, pastries, and cookies.
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and production requirements.
- Operate and maintain baking equipment, ovens, and mixers.
- Ensure consistency in product quality, taste, and texture.
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and sanitation guidelines as per industry standards.
- Support senior bakers and production staff in daily operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages of ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or certification in **Bakery & Confectionery** or a related field is preferred.
- **1-2 years** of experience in a bakery or food processing plant.
- Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹18,717.96 - ₹29,313.78 per month
