**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketer Head to lead our digital marketing e orts and drive the growth and success of our online presence. The Digital

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute innovative and data-driven digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive tra c, and generate leads across various digital channels.
Lead a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the achievement of individual and team goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and product teams, to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
Monitor and analyze key metrics and performance indicators, providing regular reports and recommendations to improve campaign e ectiveness and ROI.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices, and propose innovative ideas to enhance our digital marketing e orts.
Oversee website development and optimization, ensuring a seamless user experience, strong search engine visibility, and e ective lead generation.
Utilize web analytics tools to track website tra c, user behavior, and conversion rates, and make data-driven decisions to improve website performance.
Identify target audience segments and develop targeted marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources to enhance digital marketing initiatives.
Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements, such as data privacy and marketing communication regulations.
Should know how to run ads on various platforms such as Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
Proven work experience as a digital marketer, with a focus on developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies.

Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team of digital marketing professionals.
Proficiency in using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms to track and analyze website performance.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
Demonstrated ability to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
Strong project management and organizational abilities, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to e ectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Creative thinking and a passion for innovation in the digital marketing space.
