Drawing Support

Performs CADD/technical support tasks such as verifying intelligent model integrity plotting drawings, assembling drawing packages, preparing transmittals, preparing overnight packages, file management and/or filing prints, distributing drawings, making simple calculations, coordinating specifications with drawings, etc.

To ensure that the workflow process includes the Quality Check process and implement all necessary changes needed to ensure the right delivery at the right time. To actively carry out the QC process if required.

Estimation and costing:
Under direct supervision, performs basic architectural calculations using accepted formulas and references

Performs other duties as required.

Field Support

Supports field assignments as required.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- BE, B.Arch, B tech or equivalent with technical, AutoCAD drafting technology and intelligent modeling.
- Software (good to know): Revit Architecture
- Familiar with Typical Details on AutoCAD

**Key responsibilities**:
1) Handle the tasks independently

2) Attention to detail and an attitude to never compromise with quality

3) Responsible for completion of error-free tasks with quality & delivery of projects in timely manner.

4) Execute tasks independently as well as along with the team by studying the client's requirements.

5) Maintain all administrative tasks on a daily basis

6) Maintain & monitor project reports, time sheets & other documents
