**Experience : 4 + years in litigation and must be able to handle property laws for our Delhi office. Experience in conducting due diligence of properties, RERA, Land Acquisition matters and knowledge of registration of documents in SRO is a must.**

**Responsibilities include**:

- **Do legal research on cases.**
- **Appear independently in courts**
- **Prepare and present arguments in court.**
- **Drafting of agreements.**
- **Billing to clients**
- **Dealing and handling clients.**
- **Managing team**
- **Discussion and briefing of matters with Senior Legal Assistant & Senior Partner**
- **To assist senior legal associate and Senior partner**

**Requirements**:

- **Excellent english communication**
- **LLB Graduate, LLM Preferred.**
- **Smart worker, organised and tech savvy**
- **Ability to work independently and to take own initiative**
- **A team player with strong interpersonal and networking skills.**

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month

- Legal work: 3 years (preferred)
- Litigation and Arbitration: 3 years (preferred)
- Criminal law: 3 years (preferred)
