- To ensure that engineers and designers in his/ her team are aware of specific job requirements and to ensure that the departmental quality procedures are adopted consistently.

- To perform and review/check engineering calculations, drawings and review Plant 3D models as required.

- Should have sound fundamentals in Civil and structural engineering.
- Shall have hand-on experience in utilizing STAAD-Pro.
- Shall have necessary skills and knowledge to check design calculations and drawings for Foundation and structures.
- Working in integrated 3D environment including interface with other departments and vendors.
- Exposure to any one plant design system viz. PDS, PDMS or SP-3D is essential.
- Exposure to design of foundations / structures and other civil works such as pits/ponds for refinery/petrochemicals or power plants is required.
- Exposure to other design software such as Foundation-3D, Mat-3D, GTStruDl, SAP2000, ETABS etc. will be desirable.
