Job Title: IT Technician

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Monitor and maintain IT systems and networks to ensure maximum performance and availability
- Respond promptly to service issues and requests raised by users
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely, and via phone
- Set up new user accounts, permissions, and passwords
- Perform routine system updates and backups
- Ensure cybersecurity measures are implemented and up to date
- Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and equipment
- Assist in procurement and inventory management of IT assets
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT supports business needs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Technician or relevant position
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux OS, Microsoft Office, and networking concepts
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
