**Job Title: Accounts Executive**

**Reports to**: Accounts Manager / Finance Controller

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update financial records including general ledger entries, invoices, and payments.
- Prepare and process accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and monitoring cash flow.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and tax filings.
- Support audits by providing required documentation and explanations.
- Maintain compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors regarding billing and payment issues.
- Use accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or other ERP systems) to manage financial data.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,838.46 - ₹11,000.00 per month
