**1. Planning**:

- Develop time and action (TNA) calendars for each order and monitor progress.
- Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to plan order requirements.
- Analyze Company production requirements, forecasts, and market trends to plan sourcing needs.
- Manage raw material planning and ensure timely availability for production.

**2. Sourcing**:

- Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers for fabrics, trims, and accessories.
- Negotiate pricing, lead times, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Source sustainable and innovative materials aligned with brand standards.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and resolve supply chain issues proactively.

**3. Merchandising Coordination**:

- Coordinate sample development and approvals with buyers and design teams.
- Communicate regularly with buyers to update on order status, approvals, and shipment schedules.
- Follow up on production timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
- Ensure compliance with quality and testing standards.

**4. Costing and Budgeting**:

- Prepare accurate cost sheets for orders and ensure cost efficiency in sourcing.
- Monitor production budgets and recommend cost-saving initiatives.

**5. Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain proper documentation for orders, materials, supplier agreements, and shipments.
- Generate reports on sourcing performance, timelines, and supplier KPIs.

**6. Working Days: Monday to Saturday**

**7. Working Hours: 10am to 7pm**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
