**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for marketing materials, websites, social media, and other digital and print media.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create compelling visuals that align with brand guidelines.
- Design and produce engaging social media content, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and videos as needed.
- Ensure consistency in design elements, fonts, and colors across all company assets.
- Stay updated with design trends and industry best practices to enhance creative output.
- Work with printers and vendors to ensure high-quality printed materials.
- Revise and improve designs based on feedback from stakeholders.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design is a plus.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous design work.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic web design is a plus.
- Experience in branding and identity design.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
