We are looking for an ambitious, young and pleasant Real Estate Tele Caller /Front Office Executive (Female) for a leading construction company who is very effective in communication / persuasion skills to nurture the lead for a site visit.

**Responsibilities**:

- Attending and routing phone calls, Listening to the customers,Gathering and documenting customer info, follow ups and scheduling appointments.
- Been Up To Date on all project info and informing customers about recent updates.
- Answering customers queries about the project and as needed directing to respective executive/management.
- Posting the project info as needed to the social media and attending marketing related events when directed.
- Ability to explain the product and convince the customer.
- Keeping front desk/office tidy and presentable with all necessary material
- Greeting and welcoming customers/clients as they approach the front desk with hospitality and Manage Walk-ins

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or a related field of study
- Min 1+ years of Customer interaction experience and preferred prior work exp in the Real estate industry.
- Strong communication skills - including both verbal and written should be able to speak Telugu, Hindi & English
- Should have convincing skills on call and have go getter attitude towards work.
- Should follow proper protocol and discipline.
- Good experience in computer operation skill, excel and word preferred

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
