**Main Purpose**:The role has created to support the global refined metals operations teams.

**Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities**:

- Collecting & storing VAT documentation
- Manage effective communication with internal clients to ensure that the turnaround time for document presentation and task deadlines is maintained.
- Read understand and preparethe documents to be prepared as per the requirement of the Letters Of Credit.
- Ensure the documents prepared are compliant with Letter of Credit and self-checked for errors before handing them over to the Bank and/or Trade Finance
- Coordinating monthly stock reconciliation and reporting
- Organizing stock inspections (appointments, updating inspection spread sheets, paying inspection invoices)
- Organize insurance of cargoes
- Liaising with relevant departments to get new counter parties approved and set up (KYC)
- Organizing warehouse due diligences and liaising with Insurance and Risk teams for sign off
- Consolidating non-cargo invoices, allocating, and passing for payment

Preparation of shipping documents related to cargo vessel shipments from Africa to various destinations.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Young professional or fresh graduate in business / commerce with an accurate working style and process driven
- Good understanding of Incoterms
- IT skills: Excel, Word, Outlook
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Fast learner and comfortable operating in a fast paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Structured and organized
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to be flexible and work to deadlines and under pressure
- Team player
- Driven and self-motivated
