**Role Description**
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Sales Executive to join our team and drive our brand's growth in the market. As the Marketing and Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives, cultivating client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will have the opportunity to leverage your creativity, analytical skills, and sales acumen to promote the brand and products effectively.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth across D2C and B2B channels.
- Identify and target key demographics to maximize market penetration and customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing collateral, including product catalogs, digital content, and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities for innovation.
- Build and nurture relationships with retail partners, distributors, and other B2B clients to expand our distribution network and increase product visibility.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data insights, and generate actionable recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering long-term loyalty.
- Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and forge strategic partnerships.
- Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory requirements, and best practices to maintain compliance and uphold brand integrity.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing and sales roles within the consumer goods or wellness industry, with a focus on premium products and affluent demographics.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including social media, content marketing, and e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to drive informed decision-making.
- Passion for spirituality, wellness, and personal development is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
