**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Japanese and/or German Language Trainer located in Kollam. The trainer will be responsible for designing, delivering, and assessing language training programs, focusing on practical conversational skills.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's / Master's degree or higher in Language Education, Linguistics, or a related field
- Native or near-native fluency in Japanese and/or German, and excellent communication skills in English
- Experience in teaching language to adults, preferably in a professional or corporate environment
- Experience in creating and delivering engaging language training materials
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt teaching approach to meet individual learners' needs and learning styles
- Certification in language instruction or related field is a plus
- EXPERIENCE IN ADMINSITARTION OF Foreign Langugae academy will be an added advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
