**Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a leadership role, working directly with the Leadership Team and the Board to ensure operational excellence to support the strategic direction of the business within financial resources. Ensures the delivery methodology, systems and operational structure maximises the businessopportunities and commitments to our clients. Leads day-to-day operations to achieve the objectives and outcomes of the strategic plan, within operational and capital budgets.**

**Roles & Responsibilities -**
- **Prepare operating plans in line with the strategic objectives of the Company. Project Management and implementation of the approved business plan to meet target business goals of revenue and profitability**:

- **Provide inputs for strategic business growth and improvement decisions including preparation of budgets and monitoring plans to capture various metrics of business and project management**:

- **Provide the Board with information in a timely and candid manner of the conduct of the day to day operations of the business towards the achievement of its established goals and of any material deviations from the goals or objectives**:

- **Provide cash flow statements to Finance depending on the business plan and project execution plan.**:

- **Ensure all organization activities comply with relevant acts, contractual commitments, and ethical standards**:

- **Manage & Execute Multiple Projects.**:

- **Manage Clients to ensure dissemination of information, commitments of resources and the timely completion of tasks related to projects**:

- **Relationship management with the existing clients for repeat orders and improved service to the client and nurture long-term business relationship**:

- **Follow and enhance Key Account Management processes for increased order bookings, improved customer relations and satisfaction.**:

- **Identifies partnership opportunities with existing and potential clients for upsell or cross sellopportunities.**:

- **Guide and closely work with the Estimation Team to ensure that sales opportunities are maximized through improved understanding of market trends and pricing levels while ensuring preparation and timely submission of tenders and provide accurate feedback on the submitted tenders**:

- **Work closely with the Operation Managers, Project Heads to ensure planned / targeted progress on the execution of projects including exchange of relevant information, and to periodically identify issues and risks, assess impacts and develop mitigation strategies**:

- **Proactive management of operational function to ensure maximisation of performance and contribution to operational activities that lead the achievement of department goals, building talent for future business and individual growth**:

- **Ensure consistent implementation of QA and EHS practices for the business and oversee compliance with those practices**
