**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Editing**:

- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished and visually appealing videos.
- Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and meet quality standards.
- **Storytelling**:

- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling narratives for videos.
- Bring creative ideas to the table for enhancing video content.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Solid understanding of video codecs, resolutions, aspect ratios, and other technical aspects.
- **Organization**:

- Manage and organize video files, ensuring a systematic and accessible file structure.
- Coordinate with other team members to gather necessary assets for video projects.
- **Feedback and Revisions**:

- Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders into video edits.
- Revise and refine videos as needed to meet project requirements.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional videos for various platforms.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure video content aligns with overall company goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Proficiency in video editing software and a solid understanding of video production processes.
- Creative mindset with the ability to bring innovative ideas to the table.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Video Editing, or a related field (preferred but not required).

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: ₹9,757.32 - ₹33,483.81 per month

Expected hours: 14 per week
