We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced International BPO Executive to join our dynamic team. As an International BPO Executive, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our international business process outsourcing (BPO) division. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of BPO practices and industry trends.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and supervise the international BPO team to ensure effective and efficient service delivery
- Develop and maintain relationships with international clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas of improvement and implement effective solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow processes and increase productivity
- Stay updated with industry best practices and trends to enhance the performance and profitability of the BPO division
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to international BPO operations
- Prepare and present performance reports and forecasts to senior management

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in international BPO operations, with proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Proven leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Strong understanding of BPO processes and methodologies
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional language proficiency is a plus)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficient in using BPO software and other relevant technology

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
