**Job Description** Job Title: D365 Finance Functional Consultant**

**Experience: 2-3 Years**

**Location: Pune and Hyderabad**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Gather and analyze business requirements related to financial processes.
- Configure and customize D365 FO Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Budgeting, etc.).
- Participate in solution design, documentation, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical consultants, business stakeholders, and project managers.
- Support end-users with training, troubleshooting, and post-go-live support.
- Stay updated with Microsoft’s roadmap for D365 and Copilot features.
- Participate in AI and Copilot training programs to integrate intelligent automation into finance workflows.
- Assist in identifying use cases for AI-driven enhancements in financial operations.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of experience in D365 FO Finance implementation/support.
- Strong understanding of finance processes and accounting principles.
- Experience with business process mapping and gap analysis.
- Basic knowledge of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) is a plus.
- Exposure to or interest in AI tools like Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, or OpenAI.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Willingness to learn and get certified in AI and Copilot technologies.

**Preferred Certifications**:

- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals (optional but preferred)
- Any Copilot or AI-related training/certification (can be pursued post-joining)
