**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Creation**:

- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in designs across various media outlets.
- Create illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos to support company branding and marketing initiatives.
- **Brand Identity & Guidelines**:

- Maintain and ensure brand consistency in all creative outputs.
- Adhere to company brand guidelines and work to enhance the brand's visual identity through creative design choices.
- Ensure that all designs align with the brand’s voice, tone, and overall strategy.
- **Content Collaboration & Ideation**:

- Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to conceptualize visuals based on project requirements.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to share design perspectives and contribute to the development of new ideas and concepts.
- **Project Management & Deadlines**:

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
- Keep up-to-date with design trends and tools to ensure fresh, relevant design ideas.
- Receive and incorporate feedback to improve and refine designs.
- **Tool & Software Utilization**:

- Use design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar tools to create graphics and layouts.
- Maintain and organize a digital library of design assets, templates, and project files.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in graphic design or a similar role. A strong portfolio showcasing relevant work is essential.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or other relevant design tools (Figma, Canva, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail, visual composition, and typography skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Creativity, adaptability, and a keen sense of aesthetics.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in [specific industry or type of design, e.g., e-commerce, tech, B2B marketing].
- Familiarity with motion graphics, video editing, and/or web design is a plus.
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
- Understanding of digital marketing and social media trends.
