- Exhaustive literature search using various databases
- To prepare API Landscape Report
- To prepare Freedom to Operate (FTO) Report for API and their starting materials
- To prepare Freedom to Operate (FTO) Report for Key starting material (KSM) of API [Inhouse or outsourced]
- To prepared polymorph report for API
- To prepare Patentability Report for API and their starting materials
- To prepare Invalidation Report for API and their starting materials based on opportunities.
- Coordination with Supply Chain Management to get non-infringing Key starting material
- Other IP-related activities to support cross-function departments include business development and Marketing.
