**Key Responsibilities and Skills**:

- Preferred Experience / Job Description:
1. Finalisation of Accounts, Consolidation, Fit for Consolidation
- 2. Preparation of the periodic, monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and presenting the results to the stakeholders
- 3. Ensuring the financials are prepared based on local GAAP for statutory reporting
- 4. Implementation of the risk control framework to ensure effective internal controls
- 6. Assesses the adequacy and extent of programs designed to safeguard organization assets.
- 7. Drive the continuous improvement of end-to-end accounting practices
- 8. Managing an end-to-end audit process of current systems - while acting as the first point of contact for external auditors. (Management and Statutory Audit)
- 9. Accounting for overseas branches/Subsidiaries Including the Audits etc
- 10. Improve or establish internal audit checks/controls for error-free Accounting
- 11. Knowledge of General Accounting and Reconciliation
- 12. Liaising with the Statutory Auditors and Internal Auditors
- 13. Should have excellent, hands-on knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc. and working knowledge of SAP-FICO
- 14. Should have good communication and interpersonal skills and a strong team player who collaborates with Other stakeholders and colleagues in Finance

Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage
