**1. Content Creation & Design**
- Design **Instagram Stories, Posts, and Reels** using Canva to align with brand aesthetics.
- Create **engaging and high-quality graphics** for social media, marketing materials, and ads.
- Develop **eye-catching templates** for quick and consistent branding.

**2. Brand Consistency & Aesthetics**
- Ensure all designs follow **brand colors, fonts, and themes** for uniformity.
- Develop **creative concepts** that resonate with the target audience.
- Maintain a **cohesive visual identity** across different platforms.

**3. Video & Animation Editing**
- Use Canva’s video features to create **animated stories and short clips**.
- Edit text overlays, transitions, and motion graphics to enhance engagement.

**4. Social Media Strategy & Trends**
- Stay updated on **trending designs and formats** to keep content fresh.
- Adapt creatives for different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Optimize designs for **maximum engagement** (CTA placement, text balance, etc.).

**5. Content Planning & Scheduling**
- Work with the marketing team to plan **monthly content calendars**.
- Organize Canva projects efficiently for easy access and revisions.

**6. Collaboration & Feedback**
- Collaborate with **copywriters, marketers, and social media managers**.
- Take feedback and make revisions to improve design effectiveness.

**7. Canva Pro Features Utilization**
- Use **Canva Pro features** like **Brand Kit, Magic Resize, Background Remover, and Premium Elements** to enhance designs.
- Optimize files for print and digital formats (PNG, JPG, MP4, PDF, etc.).

**8. Performance Analysis & Improvement**
- Track engagement metrics to understand what works best.
- Suggest creative improvements based on analytics and feedback.

**Required Skills**:
**Expert in Canva** (including Pro features)
**Strong design sense** (color, typography, composition)
**Basic animation & video editing** within Canva
**Understanding of social media trends & algorithms**
**Attention to detail & brand consistency**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
