Project Manage/coordinator for Final Assembly Line

**Job Requirements**Technically the job involves tasks related to support of the new FAL in India until the consolidation of the maturity of the overall process within the scope to the different ATA systems involved in the aircraft and other tasks supported by common functions.

Following are the core responsibilities:

- Liason bewteen Quest Global, Client and OEM to coordinate all functional, resourcing, commercial and progress reporting related activities.
- Monitoring and Control of all activities performed by team and track the real time status and updates.
- Identify and Assess risks and mitigation plan ensuring project progress as planned.
- Monthly track of efforts spent, preparation of delivery notes and timely invoicing.
- Weekly status reporting to different stake holders.
- Support hiring initiatives of new resources as required.
- Support enabling new joiners with necessary tool accesses, shop access, safety trainings and equipments etc.
- Support optimization projects.
- Interface with structural design and Stress team when needed.
- Interface with Safety organization if required.
- Support on regulatory and certification requirements
- Ensure Export Control complaince.
- Working in a multifunctional, multicultural, and transnational team under customer and stakeholders strong and close interface.

Supporting FAL owner, OEM and senior experts’ teams. Improve progressive understanding of aircraft systems and related processes
**Work Experience**
- Experience in working in OEM´s Final Assembly Lines (FALs) or Aircraft Systems related Tier-1s.
- Conversant with AIRBUS documentation, methods, processes & terminologies
- Knowledge of virtual and digital contexts. PLM, cloud, Software Management & Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) would be considered.
- Drafting of technical notes with PRE and POST modification and reports necessary for airworthiness certification.
- Configuration control tools knowledge.
- Knowledge of certification analysis methods and procedures. FAA/EASA/Part 25/MILS-STD regulations knowledge
- Ability for concurrence with other areas: services (Service Bulletins, Technical Publications, industrialization )
