SEO Executive

We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to join our team with a minimum of 1 year of practical experience in the field of search engine optimization. As an SEO Specialist, you will play a crucial role in improving our online visibility and driving organic traffic to our website. You will utilize your expertise in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, Ahrefs, and SEMrush to implement effective strategies that enhance our website's performance on search engines.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Keyword Research and Analysis**: Conduct comprehensive keyword research using tools like Ahrefs and SEMrush to identify relevant and high-potential keywords for our industry. Develop a deep understanding of user search intent.
- **On-Page Optimization**: Collaborate with content creators and web developers to optimize on-page elements such as meta tags, headers, content, and internal linking for improved search engine visibility.
- **Technical SEO**: Monitor and manage technical aspects of the website including crawl errors, site speed, mobile-friendliness, and XML sitemap through Google Webmaster Tools.
- **Link Building**: Utilize Ahrefs and other tools to identify opportunities for high-quality link building. Implement white-hat strategies to acquire backlinks from authoritative websites.
- **Content Strategy**: Assist in creating and optimizing high-quality, SEO-friendly content that aligns with target keywords and resonates with the target audience.
- **Competitor Analysis**:Conduct regular analysis of competitor websites to identify gaps and opportunities for outranking them in search results.
- **Data Analysis**: Utilize Google Analytics to track and analyze key metrics such as organic traffic, bounce rates, conversion rates, and user behavior. Translate data into actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular performance reports using tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and SEMrush to showcase the impact of SEO efforts and recommend optimization strategies.
- **Algorithm Updates**: Stay up-to-date with search engine algorithm changes and updates, adjusting strategies as needed to maintain and improve search rankings.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, web developers, and marketing teams, to ensure alignment of SEO strategies with overall business goals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in SEO, including familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, Ahrefs, and SEMrush
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices
- Proficiency in on-page and technical SEO optimization techniques
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data
- Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven track record of improving organic search rankings and website traffic
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in the SEO industry
